Refund/Cancellation Policy
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to Sharklet Technologies within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, subject to restocking fees. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. Products have a restocking fee of 15% and will require the purchaser to ship the items to Sharklet Technologies at the customers’ expense. Sharklet Technologies will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. If there are any questions about returns, feel free to contact us and we will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied. Orders must be cancelled at least 3 business days in advance of ship date to qualify for a refund.

WARRANTY AND LIMITED REMEDY.
This product will be free from defects in material and manufacture for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state, or country to country. SHARKLET TECHNOLOGIES MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
If this product is defective within the warranty period stated above, your exclusive remedy shall be, at Sharklet Technologies’ option, to replace or repair the product or refund the purchase price of the product. Sharklet Technologies shall not have liability in an amount greater than the purchase price of the product. The warranty does not apply to misuse, abuse, or damage caused by use in ways not recommended or authorized by the Web site or the care instructions.
Limitation of Liability. Except where prohibited by law, Sharklet Technologies will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from this product, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential regardless of the legal theory asserted. Some states and countries do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Shipping & Handling method and time shipped after the sale
Shipping
All items are shipped USPS (unless requested otherwise by cardholder) within 48 hours of your purchase. In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you. We do not ship over the weekend. Purchases may be delivered to your address or to one or many recipients.
